Kerry MCCall is co-founder of the all island research network, Cultural Policy Observatory Ireland (CPOI). She is a founding editor of the Irish Journal for Arts Management and Cultural Policy. With colleagues in USA and Germany, Kerry coordinates the Arts Management Studies Research Stream of the European Sociological Association. She is a former Lecturer in the Department of Humanities and Arts Management in the Institute of Art and Design, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin and Visiting Lecturer at the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, the Lochlann Quinn School of Business and the School of Art History and Cultural Policy, at University College, Dublin. She has also taught in the School of Creative Arts in the Dublin Institute of Technology and the School of Creative Arts, Queens University Belfast. Her primary teaching areas are Cultural Project Management, Leadership, Behaviour and Change, Management.
